"This use to be a wonderful office to do business with. They use to have several employees that really knew what they were doing and wouldn’t be able to hand any insurance issues that arises. Over the past several months the service and knowledge of insurance has literally went down the toilet. The new employees don’t know what they should to be able to handle customers, they bother customers with unnecessary requests because of their lack of knowledge. I would NOT recommend this office anymore, I have recently changed agents to get away from the ignorance at this office. Bobby should have invested into more knowledgeable replacement employees. ****Bobby response is completely fictitious. His manager of 3 years incorrectly submitted my PIP forms with names on it that shouldn’t have been on it. His manager of 3 years also removed my physical address and placing my mailing address in its place. These 2 things triggered an underwriting audit. This is the second time his manager of 3 years caused this exact issue. I personally spoke with State Farm Corporate Office to resolve the issue and transferred all my policies to another agent.*****"

While attempting to gather the information required to underwrite your policy, you chose to berate her and end the call. I understand you may feel her inquiry was unnecessary, however the information requested was again necessary to continue your State Farm insurance policy. I wish you well with your new agency. "Bought a new car in October. Before I even went to look at a new car, I emailed Bobby himself to ask him the steps I needed to take to switch the insurance over to my new car. He told me to just call the office and it would get sent to the call center or whatever because their office is closed on Saturdays and that's the day I bought my car. I even emailed him again on the Monday after I bought my car to make sure everything was set up properly and was told yes. In December my insurance skyrocketed to almost $100 more. Tried calling the office and of course they don't answer the phone so I sent an email. I was met with attitude by a Kristie who wrote in her email that I had needed to call the office instead of the call center.... So, excuse me for listening to Bobby Branch himself. I didn't understand why she had an attitude to begin with. Use Chat GPT because the girl is unprofessional in her emails. Kristie hasnt emailed or call me like she said she would. I had to email three times before I got a reply from a completely different person to be told that my insurance was knocked down like $17. This place only cares about how much money they can make off you and are extremely unprofessional. I will definitely be looking for a new insurance company today. Smh..."

"Agent was polite, courteous and respectful. She spoke clearly. She spoke with concern and wanted to make sure that I had the information I needed to make my decision. She explained how if I decide to purchase a life insurance policy, that the younger you are the better lower monthly premiums. She will call me back mid-February to early March. Thank you Lexi."

"I paid in full for my 6 month policy and now i'm one month into the policy and they want to charge me an additional $83 for the 6 month plan. Bait and switch much? I don't agree with this charge and will be shopping other insurance companies because that's deceptive business practice. EDIT: The documents I sent in for the plan were in the spam folder, and I was charged because they originally didn't get them. After the manager reached out and I confirmed sending the documents in, the fees were waived. I appreciate Bobby reaching out and I'm changing my review to reflect this. Thanks!"
