"The worst agency in the area. Highly unprofessional, unorganized, terrible communication with clients and underwriters alike. There's a lot of state farm agents in the area and they are all leaps and bounds more competent than anybody in this office. There's no sense of urgency when they make mistakes, and they are hardly in the office to deal with any of the problems they create. Days to get email responses, and they don't check email for state correspondence via email unless you call and tell them to check their email. If you want to waste lots of time, have coverage canceled with no valid reason, and have no response from an agent and no accountability, this would be the one. If you want professionals who do their job right, try Cindy Fletchers office out of Plymouth or another agency all together."

As a person and not just to sell you insurance. They truly take there time with you to make sure you are educated on everything they have to offer so you are set up for a great future with no surprises. After speaking with her on several occasions I felt like I was speaking with one of my closest friends, we shared lots of laughter while going over the different types of policies and I never!! Felt rushed. I know we are all feeling in 2026 that great Customer Service doesn’t exist anymore , I know it has truly!!
