"RUN RUN as fast as you can..I'm about to notify the State of Michigan - State Farm and perhaps the police. I've NEVER had a worse experience. Bobby could care less. He is cc'd on my emails, and I've never heard from him, and "Lexi" is a fraud. I canceled my insurance immediately following a quote in SEPTEMBER after paying a full month premium and I've been fighting for a refund since then. I've gotten nothing but unanswered calls and emails and a classic "run around". Still waiting for a check with none in sight. There is not a zero star option but even that would be too much."
